中文摘要利用流式细胞技术和构建环境样品16S rRNA基因文库,分析了长江源区各拉丹冬峰果曲冰川雪中细菌数量和多样性.细菌的数量具明显的季节差异,季风后(初冬)的数量远高于夏季风期和春季,细菌数量的变化趋势与Ca~(2+)浓度的变化一致,显示了细菌数量与陆源物质的相关性.果曲冰川雪中细菌属于alpha,alpha,gamma-Protobacteria,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes,Cyanobacteria,Cytophaga-Flavobacterium-Bacterioides(CFB)类群7个门类.夏季和冬、春季雪中细菌的种属差别显著,夏季雪中细菌具较高的多样性,以a Protobacteia和Actinobacteria类细菌为优势类群,分别占总量的35%和31%,细菌与多种环境相关.冬春季雪中细菌多样性较低,以CFB类群占绝对优势.各拉丹冬雪中细菌的数量及多样性的季节变化特征反映了细菌对不同季节大气环流的响应.
英文摘要Bacterial abundance and diversity in snow of the Guoqu Glacier,Mt.Geladaindong,in the source region of the Yangtze River were explored using flow cytometry and constructing the 16S rRNA library.Bacterial abundance significantly correlated with the dust aerosol represented by Ca~(2+) concentration,and amount of bacteria in post-monsoon season(early winter) were far higher than those in monsoon season(summer) and spring.Bacteria in the Guoqu Glacier belonged to alpha,beta,gamma-Protobacteria,Actinobacteria,Firmicutes,Cyanobacteria and Cytophaga-Flavobacterium-Bacterioides(CFB) groups.Bacterial diversity varied seasonally with different components.Bacteria in snow deposited during monsoon season dominated by alpha-Protobacteria and Actinobacteria phyla,accounted 35% and 31%,respectively,of the total clones,and during non-monsoon season dominated by CFB group.Bacteria in monsoon season had higher diversity than those in non-monsoon season.The seasonal variability reflected the bacteria response to the different atmospheric circulation in the two seasons.
