英文摘要	Caterpillar dermatitis (lepidopterism) is caused by contact to the poisonous hairs (setae) of the pine processionary caterpillars and butterflies. This can lead to irritativ-mechanic, toxic, or allergic reactions, which cannot be clinically differentiated
