英文摘要 | Floodmeadowsarehighlyendangeredandvulnerableecosystems,particularlyimpactedbyglobalchange.Theaimofthisprojectistoenhanceourcapabilitiesandknowledgetoforecasttheoccurrenceoffloodmeadowspeciesunderclimatechangeimpact.Wewillprojectthehydrologicalregimeofatypicalriverfloodplainunderclimatechangewithhighspatialandtemporalresolutionandusethisinformationforplantspeciesdistributionmodeling.Thespeciesdistributionmodelwillparticularlylookatrareandendangeredspecies.TheresultingmodelframeworkCMFhabitatwillbeappliedinthenaturereserveKühkopf-KnoblochsaueoftheRhineriver,oneofthelargestfloodplainofitskind.Intheintendedmodelingframework,wewillincluderelevantuncertaintysourcesandevaluatetheirparticularcontributiontotheglobaluncertaintyofthemodel.Particularlywewilllookintotheuncertaintyofparameterization,downscaledclimatemodels,hydrologicalmodelstructureandhabitmodelstructuresthroughensemblemodelling.Ourresultswillhaveavitalroleforconservationplanning,restorationmeasuresandglobalchangeimpactstudiesonbiodiversityinfloodplains.Ourmodelingapproachwillprovideasoundbasisforfurtherecologicalmodellingstudieswherehydrologymeetsbiodiversity,includingbenthicinvertebrateassessmentsofgroundwater-impactedecosystems. |
