Study on electrochemical and X-ray diffraction fingerprint of Tibetan medicine zuotai

英文摘要This study investigates the chemical composition and electroactive compounds in ten samples of Zuotai, a traditional Tibetan medicinal material, utilizing electrochemical fingerprinting techniques. A commonality in the oscillatory behavior of the induction curves across samples is noted, suggesting identical or similar types of chemical or electroactive components. Nonetheless, observable differences in oscillation reactions and periods hint at variations in the concentration and activity of these components. The disparities in the fingerprint spectra of Zuotai from different manufacturers are likely due to differing quantities of electroactive compounds and choices of raw materials in the production process. A cluster analysis of the electrochemical fingerprint spectra further corroborates these findings, showing a significant similarity to the X-ray diffraction (XRD) results. This study underscores the importance of standardized manufacturing practices in ensuring consistent quality and efficacy of Zuotai.
