英文摘要	Stipa baxoiensis (Stipeae, Poaceae), a new species from eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China, is described and illustrated. The new species belongs to S. sect. Regelia and is similar to S. subsessiliflora in the contracted and suberect panicles, but differs mainly by its densely hirsutulous leaf sheath and adaxial surface of leaf blade.
