英文摘要	The authors regret that an error occurred in Table 2 of the paper. Two sampling locations were assigned to an incorrect “Region of the word” category, which in turn led to some erroneous regional averages in this table. The sites that caused an error in Table 2 were: 1) Liu and Sheu (2003) - was sampled in central Taiwan. Incorrectly classified as "Central America", corrected here to "Asia"; and 2) Willey et al. (2000) - was sampled in Doubtful Sound, New Zealand. Incorrectly classified as "North America", corrected here to “Australia/New Zealand.” The published Supplemental material has the correct regional categories for those two sites. The corrected Table 2 should read as follows (numbers marked in red italic have been corrected): [Table presented] © 2016 The Author(s)
