英文摘要The study of climate dynamics and related with it environmental changes, changes in vegetation diversity is one of the most urgent scientific problems nowadays, especially in the light of observed global climate change, primarily in the high-latitude regions. The study of the ecosystems secular dynamics provides an opportunity to identify the main trends of natural and anthropogenic environmental changes and use them in the time-space reconstruction for projections of the ecosystems response to climate change in the future and optimization of environmental management. Direct measurements and remote sensing with satellites and other platforms underlies the observations of the climate system. Monitor of the temperature and other variables on a global scale began in the middle of XIX century with the advent of instrumental methods (IPCC, 2013, 2014). But there are very limited number of observatories with instrumental observations of 100-200 years climatic changes, that cannot provide the necessary details. For the Russian Arctic regions the length of the actual ranks of observations does not exceed 70 years (Alekseev, 2017). Large time intervals (over 300 years) can be characterized only by indirect data (proxy-data). Among these data it is necessary to highlight the records obtained for the Holocene (the last 10-12 thousand years) using bottom sediments of the modern lakes. Bottom sediments of the lakes are centuries-old archives of environmental and climatic changes occurring at all stages of the lacustrine sedimentation. Bottom sediments analysis allows to restore the information about climate change, geomagnetic field, and other events of the environment evolution of the last Millennium. Special importance have polar and subpolar regions as impact of climatic and other ecological changes tends to strengthening in high latitudes (Smol et al., 2005), and also owing to the lack of studies in polar regions. Considering almost a total absence of the data on climatic changes of Late Glacial and the Holocene received through the comprehensive paleo-studies on the territory of the Arctic zone of the Yamal Peninsula, their investigations are the extremely actual (Andreev et al., 2006; Korona et al., 2014). The project is aimed at studying of regularities of the ecological and climatic conditions development on the territory of Russian Arctic to simulate the future evolution of the natural environment and future climate change. The comprehensive reconstructions of the environmental and climatic changes in the Holocene will be performed on the base of complex studying of bottom sediments of the Arctic and sub-arctic lakes situated along the approximately 800 kilometers length meridional transect on the territory of the Polar Urals and the North-Western Siberian lowlands. The study of changes and the reconstruction of environmental conditions and paleoclimate of the Arctic region in the Holocene will be conducted on an interdisciplinary base with the use of modern geological (seismic-acoustic, paleomagnetic), paleoecological and paleoclimatic methods (palynology, diatoms, chironomids, Cladocera, ephippium analisis, analysis of remains of magnitotaxis bacteria). The development of a new analysis (ephippium analysis) and the improvement of the known methods (reconstruction using remains of magnitotaxis bacteria, Cladocera method) will be implemented while working on the project. Paleoclimatic results that are expected are expected to be obtained will be further used to test, to clarify and to improve the predictive ability of present climate models (GCM) using in the prediction of climate change. The results of studies will be published in 11 articles, cited in Scopus and Web of Science databases, will be presented at international conferences and will be used in the educational process.
