英文摘要	PNAS is publishing an Editorial Expression of Concern regarding the following article: The editors note concern about the article's adherence to the PNAS Materials and Data Availability policy. The data availability statement in the published article states, “Materials must be obtained through a Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA), and drug information and screening data are available in the ReFRAME portal (https://reframedb.org).” However, according to the authors, “While downloading of reconfirmed hits for any given assay is possible, the whole collection is not available for a bulk download at this time because of our data vendor contract terms. We are working with the data vendors to try to get these contract terms amended. The ReFRAME library has already been distributed to numerous investigators under an MTA at no cost and the screening data provided by the investigators across Global Health screens are available in the open access data portal https://reframedb.org. © 2021 National Academy of Sciences. All rights reserved.
