英文摘要 | The goal of carbon neutrality and the rapid development of renewable energy brings new opportunities and challenges to power systems. Accelerating digitalization and building smart grids is an essential path for the power system future development. Based on the 265th "Shuangqing forum" with the theme of "panoramic information perception enabling power grid wisdom, " this paper discussed three topics: advanced sensing theory and technology of power systems, intelligent sensing technology of power energy equipment, and intelligent analysis, operation and control of power systems based on panoramic information. This paper summarized the current research status, pointed out the future research focus, condensed fundamental scientific issues, hoping to provide references for the smart grid development in China. © 2021 Chin.
