英文摘要 | The authors regret in Section 2.4 the erroneous text: Based on median response categories shown in Fig. 1, our data indicate that experts typically took around five flights per year (one domestic, two intra-continental, and two inter-continental); for non-experts the equivalent figure was four flights per year (no domestic, two intra-continental, and two inter-continental). Both groups took similar numbers of personal flights, the median for both groups being around three per year (zero domestic, two intra-continental and one inter-continental). The text should instead say: Based on median response categories shown in Fig. 1, our data indicate that experts typically took around 2–3 flights per year (<1 domestic, one intra-continental, and one inter-continental); for non-experts the equivalent figure was two flights per year (no domestic, one intra-continental, and one inter-continental). Both groups took similar numbers of personal flights, the median for both groups being 1–2 per year (no domestic, one intra-continental and <1 inter-continental). In addition, the scale in Figure 1 was erroneous: [Figure presented] Figure 1 should therefore appear: [Figure presented] Finally, in the Supplementary Information section on ‘Amount of travel undertaken’, the text read: Mean number of flights in the last year for work was 7.15, compared to 8.04 personal/leisure flights. This includes domestic and international flights. Non-aviation international travel is less common at 4.25 and 4.76 trips for work and leisure, respectively. The text should instead say: Mean number of flights in the last year for work was 5+ (7.15 on the 7-point scale where 7 = 5+ trips per year), and 5+ (8.04 on the 7-point scale) for personal/leisure flights. This includes domestic and international flights. Non-aviation international travel is less common at two trips per year for work (4.25 mean on the 7-point scale) and almost three per year for leisure (4.76 mean on the 7-point scale). The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. These corrections do not alter any of the main findings or conclusions of the study, or any other data reported in the paper. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd |
