英文摘要 | The kinetics of growth and activity of enzymes in bacterial strains of the Bacillus genus isolated from permafrost are studied as a function of incubation temperatures. Viable bacteria were found in permafrost in the area of Tarko-Sale in northern West Siberia. The selected permafrost core samples are Upper and Middle Pleistocene alluvial and lacustrine deposits of marine terrace IV (mIII1, mII2-4). The Bacillus spp. strains change notably in growth kinetics and enzyme activity as temperatures vary from 5 to 45 °C, which is evidence of their adaptation ability. Activity of catalase, dehydrogenase, amylase, protease and lipase enzymes is high at low temperatures in most of the analyzed bacterial strains, which has important biotechnological implications.
