| 英文摘要 | The paper discusses construction related problems arising from the Arctic continental shelf development and relevant to exploitation of petroleum reservoir. The proposed solutions to these problems consist in the new designs for ice and ice-ground islands, and for producing wells exerting no thermal effect on the surroundings. These islands allow to maintain high safety of production operations and to develop offshore areas at depths not accessible by steel and concrete fixed platforms. © Л.Н. Хрусталев, 2019 |
